2. Services

We offer custom logo design and custom printing services. Our services include, but are not limited to, the creation of logos, business cards, brochures, and other printed materials.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders must be placed through our website.
Payment must be made in full before any work begins.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal.

4. Design Process

Upon receiving your order, we will provide an initial design based on your specifications.
You are entitled to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Final designs will be delivered in the agreed-upon format.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Design-Zilla remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to use the final design for your intended purpose.
We reserve the right to use any designs created for promotional purposes.

6. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the project.
We will provide an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Design-Zilla is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with the final design, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your product.
Refunds are not available for completed projects where the final design has been approved.
Refunds are not available for promotional packages or discounted services.

3. Process for Refund

To request a refund, contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

If work has commenced and more than 2 revisions have been made.
If the project was canceled for reasons unrelated to our services.
If there has been no communication from the client for more than 1 month.

5. Custom Printing Refunds

Refunds for custom printing services are only available if the printed materials are defective or do not match the approved design.
Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
